Overview

Front panels carry the interfaces, the branding and the EMC seal of a 19″ system. C-BOX machines 3U and 6U aluminium panels to your drawing — connector cutouts, display windows, vent slots and silkscreen legends — and supplies the matching blanking panels and front-panel shielding kits (spring fingers, gaskets and fixing hardware) that keep the shielding concept intact at every slot. Small batches are welcome; the CNC work is ours.

Panel kits with handle, shielded

Our two standard kits: 3U and 6U, 4HP–12HP. Each kit bundles the U-profile front panel (aluminium, front anodised / rear conductive), textile EMC gasket, IEL inserter / extractor handle with integrated alignment pin, board support and the full M2.5 fastener set — item by item, ready to assemble.
